For our final episode of 2020, instead of centering our topic around New Year's "Resolutions," we wanted to create an episode all about New Year's "Rituals" that you can do to optimize your life in 2021.

Come along with us as we reflect, release, refocus, reset, and relax our way into the new year. We provide step-by-step activities you can do to get your mindset aligned with your highest and future self, as well as honest answers on how we would personally complete these activities. This episode even covers some beginner's energetic and manifestation perspectives to stretch your mind and welcome in your dreams.

  • Reflect: Write a list of things you are grateful for from this past year (big and [especially] small)
  • Release: Write a list of things you want to "let go of" and allow the emotions to flow through - thank them for the lessons and (safely) dispose of the paper
  • Release: Forgiveness of yourself or others - write a letter and (safely) dispose of it
  • Refocus: Write a list of ultimate dreams (big and small) for the upcoming year. Be detached from the "how"/"outcome" - this is just to get your brain thinking!
